We are pleased to advise that as a Dont Delay Loyalty Card Holder you can now qualify to become an official Agent of Dont Delay Cars Limited.

We are regulated by the Ministry of Justice in respect of regulated claims management activities. This means that we act in accordance with the Claims Regulation rules and these also govern how we obtain our work.

In order for you to refer many clients under our loyalty card scheme the rules require us to appoint you as an Agent of our company. In order to do this you will need to read and sign and return our Agency agreement. This can be obtained form your Customer Service Manager.

This Agency agreement will mean you are an Agent of Dont Delay Cars Limited and must adhere to the Ministry of Justice’s guidelines.

We will from time to time carry out quality surveys with clients referred by yourself to ensure you are in compliance with the rules. As an official agent of Dont Delay Cars Limited your activities will fall under the Claims Regulation Rules and further information can be found at www.claimsregulation.gov.uk
