Claim Card is ‘Don’t delay cars’ loyalty scheme which is designed to allow you to refer friends and relatives requiring personal injury or replacement car services. By cutting out the middleman you deal directly with solicitors and you get to earn points every referral.


2.How can I apply for claim card?

To apply or activate the card, telephone our Elite Team on 0800 432 0153.Our staff would be more than happy to assist with the activation of the Card or help with any other queries. We will take all your details and your card will be activated ready to be used immediately.


3. What is the benefit of having claim card?

You can earn 150 points for your each claim referral by using claim card. Not only you can be assured of the highest service levels for everyone you refer but you also get to earn points for each and every referral. And remember each point makes one pound


4. What happens next after registration?

After registering for claim card, you can start referring claims and earning points.


5. How do I get points on my claim card?

When you refer your relative or friend’s claim to us then you get points.


6. How can I refer my relatives or friends?

When you want to refer your relative or your friend’s claim then you just have to give us your claim card number and your client’s details.


7. What happens next once I referred a claim?

When you give us details of your client then we call them, take their case and add points into your account.


8. How can I use my points?

We convert your claim card points into money within 6 months period. You can use that money wherever you want.


9. When will I get paid for my referrals?

You get paid for your referrals within 6 months from the date of referral.


10. How many people can I refer?

There is no limit on number of people you want to refer. You can refer as many as you want.


11. Can I refer my own claim?

No, you cannot refer your own claim because according to our claim card policy agent cannot refer own case but your relatives or friends can refer your claim.


12. What type of claims can I refer?

You can refer: Road Traffic Accident as Driver, passenger or pedestrian Accident at work Fall or Trip in a public Place Injury caused by a Doctor or Hospital Car Hire


13. Who will deal with my claim?
