Anyone you know who has suffered an accident and might have a valid and genuine claim or anyone who requires a replacement vehicle after an accident. Please note you must adhere to the Claims Management Services Regulations which prohibit cold calling on person upon anyone. Any claims obtained in this way will be void and points will not cancelled and may also lead to the withdrawal of your claim card.

Your points will accumulate in your account as you refer people requiring our services. When a period of six months has passed from the time of each referral our solicitors will confirm the case is accepted, if accepted your pints will crystallise into pounds and you may collect your points as pounds. These will be paid directly into your bank account. Please see below example:

Procedure for everyone to earn and accumulate unlimited points which make pounds:

• Call or email DDC with the referral of a Personal Injury client case or a person requiring a Replacement vehicle.
• Referral passed to our Solicitors and your account credited with points for each referral.
• They have six months to decide if case accepted and your account will be updated with this information.
• If accepted your points crystallise into pounds and will be paid directly into your account.
• If not accepted the points will be cancelled on your account.
