There are only two types of services that we accept under the claim card scheme:
personal injury cases and replacement vehicle cases. Please note acceptance of these
cases are subject to conditions and a time period of 6 months form the date of referral.

You can refer anyone who has suffered an injury or accident in one of the following
circumstances:
- As a Car Passenger, driver or as a Pedestrian
- Accident at work
- Slipped or tripped in any public place
- Hospital error or negligent treatment

Our Specialist solicitors will review all cases referred by you and in some cases
will advise immediately that the case is not accepted. Where it is accepted, points
will be added to your account however these points will not be activated or collectable
until final confirmation of acceptance has been made by the solicitor within a 6
month time period from the date of your referral.

You can refer anyone who has been involved in a road traffic accident as a driver
and requires a replacement vehicle
You will receive points for each referral when the following conditions are met
- The driver is not at fault for the accident
- The case has been accepted by our solicitors
- A period of two months has passed since the date of referral
All of the above information will be available on your account and can be viewed
online at anytime.
