DONT DELAY CARS

1.

Don’t Delay Cars Limited Point Rewards (“Scheme”) is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Don’t Delay Cars Limited and its UK affiliates are allowed to participate in the Scheme.

2.

All Claim cards remain the property of Don’t Delay Cars Limited.

3.

The Claim Card is not a cheque guarantee card, credit or debit card.

4.

The registration form forms part of these terms and conditions. Don’t Delay Cars Limited reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions as necessary during the Scheme for the purpose of introducing new vouchers or offers (“rewards”) or for implementing other changes to the Scheme, for legal or regulatory reasons, in the event of a member’s dishonesty, misuse of the Scheme or failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Details of these changes will be posted to the Claim Cards website (“website”) within 30 days and may be notified to registered cardholders by post or email where Don’t Delay Cars Limited considers the change requires additional communication.

Points can be exchanged for rewards of the type and at the rate promoted on the Website.

To collect Points, cardholders must call and quote number in the first call made by the new client

7.

APoints will only be earned on every accepted referral.

8.

New cardholders can use their Claim Card the first time they present refer a new client to Don’t Delay Cars Limited. However, they must register with the scheme the right to withdraw any points from the Scheme, at any time, including for legal or regulatory reasons.

9.

All Claim Card cardholders will automatically receive operational communications. Operational communications will include information about the Scheme for new Claim Card members once their registration form has been received and approved and regular statement mailings confirming their Point balance. Cardholders should allow up to 28 days after the receipt of this application for their Welcome Pack to arrive

10.

Don’t Delay Cars Limited reserves the right to refuse to award Points, or to redeem Points, or any rewards, for any breach of these terms and conditions or failure by a cardholder to adhere to all terms and conditions.

11.

In addition to regular statement mailings, Point balances will usually be advised to cardholders via email.

12.

Don’t Delay Cars Limited reserves the right to vary the rate at which Points are awarded.

13.

Don’t Delay Cars Limited reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any individual card for legal or regulatory reasons, in the event of a member’s dishonesty or misuse of the Scheme (where there are reasonable grounds for suspecting dishonesty or misuse) or failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Seven days notice of such withdrawal or cancellation shall be given to registered cardholders by post and email. Don’t Delay Cars Limited reserves the right to end the Scheme in accordance with Condition 15.

14.

A minimum of eight weeks notice will be given prior to the end of the Scheme. Those registered cardholders who have used their Claim Card in a minimum of five qualifying transactions (i.e. transactions referred to in Condition 7 except non-qualifying transactions) during the 12 month period prior to the date on which the scheme is to close will also be notified by post or email. Points will have crystallized into pounds must be redeemed by the date which falls 28 days after the end of the eight week notice period (“the final redemption date”).

15.

Points may be redeemed via the Website or by telephone, fax, e-mail or post. Details can be found on the Website or on the Claim Card registration form.

16.

Don’t Delay Cars Limited can accept no responsibility for postal or faxed redemption forms not received, which are illegible or damaged or for emails which are not received Proof of posting, sending email or faxing is not proof of receipt.

17.

Points may be redeemed for such rewards as may be promoted from time to time as part of Scheme. Voucher conditions shall be on the back of the vouchers. Any supplier’s conditions in relation to non-voucher rewards shall be on the website. Details of the Scheme’s rewards are set out on the Website

18.

Points accumulated on separate accounts cannot be combined on redemption except at the discretion of .Don’t Delay Cars Limited.

19.

No cash alternative will be given in lieu of any rewards.

20.

Don’t Delay Cars Limited may apply such reasonable restrictions, conditions or further requirements in connection with the issue or redemption of Points either generally or in respect of a particular customer and may require proof that Points have been acquired properly (i.e. in accordance with these terms and conditions).

21.

Rewards are subject to availability. Should any reward become unavailable owing to a high level of demand or for any reason outside of Don’t Delay Cars Limited’s reasonable control, Don’t Delay Cars Limited reserves the right substitute on alternative reward of similar value.

22.

Scheme membership will be deemed closed, and any Points written off, if no transactions are made for 12 consecutive months.

23.

Please allow 30 days for delivery of all rewards.

Where you have informed us that you only wish to receive information by email or post, you shall be given notice by one of these methods of communication which you have specified, in relation to any conditions above refer to notices given by post or email.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
